TOP 5 homemade soap fragrance combinations

Top 5 simple homemade fragrances with all the health benefits from those essential oils.

Goats milk and honey

Goats milk is designed to nourish the skin with its moisturising properties and the honey adds a sweet fragrance.

Lavender and vanilla

lavender is a calming scent however can be overpowering if used in too higher quantities. In soap if you have it in the garden this would be such a good natural fragrance to use.

Tea Tree and Poppy Seed

Tea tree is a natural medicine used to treat conditions such as acne. Therefore in soap this would be a great natural oil to use to apply directly to the skin as an anti-inflammatory With poppy seeds, medicinal oil can be extracted from them.

Argan oil and shea butter

Both of these natural extracts have moisturising properties and help the skin to glow.

Argan oil and honey

Again argan oil has natural moisturising and anti-ageing effects whilst the honey creates a sweet fragrance to balance the nutty smell og the argan oil.

The Natural Life

Welcome to my blog, where I will be sharing of my experiences of my discovery of the natural world, and peel back the fast-paced society that we now live in. Breaking life down to its core, to show off the natural world. On a journey to discover what we can do with the elements we were first given, embrace a more natural and homemade life and to see the worlds most untouched patches.

My aim is to educate myself in what I can do to make my life more homemade using natural ingredients and get the most of the health benefits the earth has handed us. Although I am studying as a Student Paramedic, I do believe that treatments other than medications should be used in conjunction to treat patients and their wellbeing.

Starting by looking into homemade soaps and the health benefits of using natural ingredients over some harsher chemicals that are used in the cosmetics industry; by the end of my research I will hopefully be able to make my own. Eventually I hope to expand to review methods being used currently to make our world more sustainable with the aim to retain some of its natural beauty.
